It's been a while Sorry

I know it's been a while. I have been so busy with the two Monkey's and my other responsibilities as a MOPS Mom, and Wife that it's been hard to blog... As it is I should be doing the dishes and getting ready for another BBQ but I'm sitting here trying to make a blog entry. I am now the one man team for our MOPS publicity team. I wanted a challenge and boy do I have one. It's a good thing I'm learning new programs and how to do some creative projects. It's just I'm finding I have really bad time management and I've got soo much to do I need to do a better job in this area. Okay I will try and send a picture of the kids but for now this will have to do. Hope you all have a wonderful weekend. Enjoy!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY B MONKEY!

Today is B Monkey's Birthday! He's 2 years old today, where has the time gone. I was just telling Daddy Monkey, last night it seems like the last two years flew by. My little man is growing up. G Monkey doesn't like that it's B Monkey's birthday. How do I know, well she asked if we could change the birthday theme to Cinderella, and she's asking if she can blow out B Monkey's candle and open his gifts. Hhhmm sounds like it would then be her birthday! Oh wait that's what she wants. I will post pictures later of B Monkey and his friends partying down today. So far we've had a special birthday breakfast for him. For a kid that has been fussy about eating he sure scarfed (is that word) down those special pancakes. (Special means - some extra sugar and vanilla in the mix). Okay check back later for pictures. I need to go finish everything before B Monkey's friends get here.

I'm giving you love

G Monkey loves giving us kisses. The other day she said I'm going to give you a kiss, and she kissed me. I said thank you, and asked why (she did this out of the blue) G Monkey replied I'm giving you love.

Wash Hands

Okay so I just made Karen's salsa with jalapenos. But I forgot to wash my hands after touching the jalapeno. So then my eye felt like something was in it. AND what did I do placed my hand that touched the jalapeno, and seeds right to my eye. I can still feel the burning. I just pray I don't have to go to urgent care.

Shoes

Okay so B Monkey LOVES his new summer sandals. Thing is I'm not sure he'll fit in them the whole summer. So if any of you are going to Target and see these shoes in a size 8 (they are in clearance now) Let me know or buy them and send them I'll pay you back. I know the pictures are blurry but you can still see what the shoe looks like. It was either be blurry or washed out. I choose Blurry. :)

Swim Lessons with B Monkey

First I have no pictures so you will just have to picture this all in your heads. Yesterday we started swim lessons for B Money. Now B Monkey loves the water between the two kids. Only yesterday you would have thought I had G Monkey with me in the water. Screaming and crying and holding on for dear life. The class is only 35 mins for two weeks M-Th. So we have 7 classes left. It was only when it's was about time to leave that B Monkey was happy to play in the water, and that is all we really do. Is play in the water. We do learn some things but the class is really just to get your child use to the water. I will try and take a picture of B Monkey ready for swim class one of these days but I can't promise to have one. I'll also let you know how the swim lessons are doing later in the week.
